How To Enrol

Enrolling with Shield Education is simple. Please follow the steps below based on the course you wish to complete.

First Aid & CPR Courses

HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

  1. Add your course to cart
    Select your preferred course and date, then add it to your cart and proceed to payment.

  2. Make payment
    You can pay online by credit card, or choose cash, bank transfer, or EFTPOS on the day.

  3. Complete your enrolment form

    • If paying by credit card:
      After payment, a box will appear with the next steps. Click this link to be taken directly to the online enrolment form.

    • If paying by cash, bank transfer, or EFTPOS:
      Once you have selected your payment option, go to our Resources page. You will find the enrolment form there, which can be completed and submitted online.

Certificate III Courses & Skill Sets

(e.g. Certificate III in Community Services, Disability Skill Set)

To enrol in a Certificate III qualification or a skill set, students must first complete a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) assessment.

You can:

  • Submit an online enquiry through our website, or

  • Call our office to speak with our team, who will guide you through the process and arrange your LLND assessment.

Once your LLND is completed and eligibility is confirmed, we will assist you with enrolment.
